Children under the age of 18 must bring a parent/guardian if they are staying overnight in the hotel. The parent does not have to register or pay for the camp, but the child must be registered for a private room so that the parent can stay with him/her.

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when they are not in classes. Parents who are not registered attendees are not allowed to attend classes. There are plenty of areas at Vic's to hang out - and Chicago features plenty of daytime activities closeby!

PRICING AND PACKAGES

Full Camp Package
Includes four days of classes with four instructors and three jam nights!
You will perform at one of the three jams and can hang with everyone for all three!

Full Camp + Hotel Packages
Includes all the classes and jam nights plus an overnight room August 4, 5, 6, and 7.
Please note: for the roommate package, you can let us know who you want your roommate to be, or we can assign one who is in your age range. This package does not include a room on August 8. If you want to extend your stay for our closing concert, or come a day early, write to us after you register. Extra nights are $199 + tax ONLY when purchased through the camp.

Based on $199/night and includes all taxes and fees. Two queen beds. Roommate of similar age will be assigned.

Partial Camp Package
Can't attend the full camp? Limited spots are available in each camp for partial-camp attendees. For the one-day package, you will choose one instructor to spend a day with. For the two-day package, you will choose two instructors for each of the two days. Two-day packages include one Jam Night where you will be able to perform!

REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS

All requests to cancel and for refunds must be made in writing and sent by Certified or Registered U.S. mail, and received by 11:59 p.m. [EST] on June 23, 2017, at:

A $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all full-camp cancellations received on or before June 23, 2017, at 11:59 P.M. [EST]. Refunds will not be issued for any requests received after June 23, 2017, at 11:59 P.M. [EST].

Substitutions of attendees can may be made at any time without charge provided that the same package is being used and the attendees are of the same gender (for hotel room purposes). For a change in the package, or if the new person if of a different gender, additional charges may apply. Space for specific packages and hotel rooms is on a first-to-register basis.

FACULTY AND ENTERTAINMENT
Drum Fantasy Camp reserves the right to offer qualified substitute faculty and entertainment at our discretion in the event of the inability of a faculty member to attend, or other special circumstances, such as an emergency, illness, etc. If any such changes are made, Drum Fantasy Camp will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants by updating our Web site with the most up-to-date information. Attendees are still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee.

CANCELLATION OF EVENT
Drum Fantasy Camp reserves the right to cancel the event at any time at our discretion if deemed necessary due to a lack of participation or any other reason. If the event is canceled, all fees collected by Drum Fantasy Camp will be reimbursed by check. Drum Fantasy Camp is not responsible for reimbursing any travel fees, fees for accommodations not provided by Drum Fantasy Camp, or other expenses.

There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Drum Fantasy Camp is a private event owned and operated by Orkin Marketing Consultants (OMC). The following rules apply to all attendees, their families and friends who take part in any camp activities:

- they are required to act in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner toward instructors, camp and hotel personnel, the staff at Martyrs', and other camp attendees.

- they are prohibited from soliciting any products or services to attendees and instructors. The camp also prohibits distribution of any sales literature, or literature related to any political or charitable cause, to attendees, instructors, performers, and camp personnel.

- they are prohibited from wearing any clothing or displaying any signs at camp events (classes and jams) that display any political, religious or social ideologies that can be perceived as divisive or disruptive to other attendees, instructors, or staff.

Management reserves the right to discontinue any attendee's participation in any and/or all Drum Fantasy Camp events without refund if management determines that any person's behavior violates the Code of Conduct, or is disruptive or destructive in any manner.

FILMING/RECORDING/PHOTOGRAPHY

- Attendees are encouraged to take photos at Drum Fantasy Camp, but in a respectful and courteous manner. Photographs may NOT be taken during any classes.

- Filming and audio recording of classes is strictly forbidden.

- Filming and flash photography of live shows at Martyrs' is prohibited by Martyrs' and Drum Fantasy Camp.

- Filming of jams and other activities is permitted. By filming any part of Drum Fantasy Camp, you agree NOT to broadcast or share ANY footage on the Internet without prior written approval from Drum Fantasy Camp. Drum Fantasy Camp reserves the right to submit DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) claims for any footage originating from Drum Fantasy Camp. Attendee assumes responsibility for any consequences resulting from DMCA violations.

OTHER INFORMATION

By applying to attend Drum Fantasy Camp, you accept all of the terms, above, and release and hold harmless Drum Fantasy Camp, Orking Marketing Consultants, Steven Orkin, Vic's Drum Shop, and Martyrs', from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with Drum Fantasy Camp. You agree to allow us to use your name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
